Cetacean Labs provides enterprise AI solutions including, but not limited to, the Orca enterprise intelligence platform, Dolphins agentic framework, and Oceanic autonomous cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

For enterprise customers, specific service level commitments are outlined in your Service Level Agreement. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services, with planned maintenance communicated in advance.

8. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are specified in your subscription agreement. You agree to pay all fees according to the agreed-upon payment terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cetacean Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cetacean Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
